Terms & Conditions

Payment and Course Access: Students must make timely payment for the courses they enroll in. Failure to do so may result in the removal of students from the course. Mavenz Academy reserves the right to restrict access to course materials and online classes for students with unpaid fees.

Job Offers: Mavenz Academy is not responsible for any job offers or employment guarantees made by instructors. Any agreements or engagements between students and instructors are solely their responsibility.

No Payment for Job Offers: Mavenz Academy does not collect money from students with promises of job offers or employment opportunities. Any such claims should be reported to us immediately.

Refund Policy: Once payment is received, it will not be refunded. Students are encouraged to evaluate courses and ensure their suitability before making payment.

Missed Classes: Mavenz Academy will not conduct additional classes for students who have skipped classes. It is the responsibility of students to attend scheduled classes.

Payment Method: Students should make payments only through the official Mavenz Academy website. Payments made through other channels will not be recognized or accepted.

Course Scope: Mavenz Academy does not guarantee the scope or outcome of any course, including job placement or career advancement. The educational value of our courses is intended to enhance knowledge and skills.

Instructor Leave Notice: Instructors are required to notify Mavenz Academy at least three days in advance if they need to take a leave from conducting classes. Failure to provide timely notice may result in consequences as outlined in these Terms.

Instructor Course Abandonment: Instructors who abandon a course without completing it are responsible for refunding the entire course fee to all enrolled students. Mavenz Academy will not refund any marketing fees collected.

Removal from Classes

Mavenz Academy reserves the right to remove students from classes for any of the following reasons:

• Non-payment of course fees.
• Violation of course policies or codes of conduct.
• Disruptive behavior that affects the learning environment.
• Violation of copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Any other actions that breach these Terms or applicable laws.
• Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Mavenz Academy may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will post the updated Terms on our website with the effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms or the services provided by Mavenz Academy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Karnataka, India. Any legal action or proceedings relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
